Haut Touch is a digital retouching studio founded in 2005 by Xavi Carreras and Dani Caño, photographers originally and both with extensive previous experience in retouching as freelance retouchers in different studios.
For 6 years it was based in one of the turrets of La Casa de les Punxes and in 2012 it moved to Palo Alto, in the Poblenou neighborhood of Barcelona.

Xavi Carreras
He began his professional career as a photography assistant in the architecture and fashion sectors.
Once he completed his studies in 1990, he settled in Menorca where he carried out various assignments alternating photography of interior design, product, society and archaeology.
At the same time, he opens another door with travel photography, publishing in national magazines such as Descobrir Catalunya, Ronda Iberia, Viajar or Península and internationally such as Gente Viaggi, Geo, Traveler or Meditérranée.
He returned to Barcelona in 1996 where he studied digital retouching and quickly became familiar with color calibration tools, which allowed him to work as a retoucher in various studios.
Finally, in 2000, he decided to establish himself on his own and create, in 2005, together with Dani, Haut Touch.
He began his teaching work in 2005, teaching classes in the Master of Digital Image at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She conducts seminars in the Master of the EFTI School of Photography in Madrid. She also speaks for Adobe, Apple and Hewlett Packard in Spain, England and Germany.

Mark Reyes
A fan of photography since he was a child due to family inheritance, he graduated in photography at IEFC and later specialized in still life and advertising retouching.
In 2019 he joined the studio, developing his interest in CGI, attending different courses specialized in photorealistic rendering for products.
Likewise, and when the weather permits, he carries out sports photography assignments (cycling, trail running and MTB).
